Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Plans and prices

Market Signal: $4,095 per year, or $399 per month. Includes 1 user seat and the Single Market Report.

Pro: $39,000 per year. Includes up to 5 user seats.

Executive and Portfolio are sales-led plans. They are not available through self-serve checkout, and their pricing, seats, and billing terms are set out in a separate written order form.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Payment methods

Card payments are processed securely by our payment processor. CAHIR does not receive or store full card numbers.

Pro customers may request payment by ACH bank transfer instead of card. We then issue an invoice, and access begins once payment is received or as otherwise agreed in writing. Request an ACH invoice in the app or by emailing medtech@cahir.ai.

3. Monthly plans — automatic renewal

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the next billing date. By purchasing a monthly plan you authorize CAHIR and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method the recurring monthly fee, plus applicable taxes, on or about the same calendar day each month until you cancel.

The monthly price for Market Signal is $399 per month plus applicable taxes.

4. Annual plans — no automatic renewal

Annual subscriptions do not automatically renew unless an applicable order form expressly says otherwise. We may send a renewal offer before the end of the annual term. Continued access after the term requires a new purchase, renewal order, or other written agreement.

5. How to cancel

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time online through Account menu → Billing → Cancel subscription (available to your workspace owner or admin), or by emailing medtech@cahir.ai from the email address on the account. Include the account email and the plan you wish to cancel.

We action cancellation requests within one business day and, in all cases, before your next billing date where the request is received at least 24 hours in advance. We confirm every cancellation by email.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. You retain access through the end of your then-current paid billing period; we do not pro-rate a partial month.

Annual plans can be left to expire at the end of the term; no cancellation step is required because they do not auto-renew.

6. Refunds

Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.

Annual fees may be refunded in full if you request cancellation within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not generated a report. After that, annual fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days.

7. Receipts and billing notices

Immediately after enrolment we send a retainable email receipt that states the plan name, the price and taxes charged, the billing frequency, the next billing date for monthly plans, a clear statement that monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled, cancellation instructions, and a link to the Subscription Terms of Service.

Monthly renewal charges generate a further receipt each billing period. Keep a current billing email on the account so you receive them.

8. Failed payments, changes and taxes

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge and will contact the billing email. Access may be suspended if payment remains outstanding.

Price changes apply from your next renewal or, for monthly plans, from your next billing date, and we will notify you in advance.

Sales, use, VAT, and similar taxes are calculated at checkout based on the billing address you provide. Tax-exempt customers should contact us before purchase.
